What I really appreciated about my… What I really appreciated about my experience ordering signs from this website is the service and friendly approach. They made my order feel special. Besides the fact that the designs are truly wonderful and there are a lot of options for a great design, what was important to me was the great customer approach.

Paid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping, that took longer than it was estimated. Then they shipped me someone else’s order. I get it, accidents happen. They said my order was still on the way so I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping that I had paid for and then a couple days ago I get the order I originally placed and the whole acrylic piece was broken to pieces. I threw the whole thing away. Never again, horrible experience.

Buyer beware … UPDATED 8/6/22 Andrew refunded me . He said he mailed to wrong address. Placed an order through Etsy on 6/29/22 for 2 small signs. Waited 4 weeks and sent an email asking about delay . Andrew replied that it had been delivered . Very odd as I didn’t receive anything . He sent me USPS delivery notification which clearly showed it delivering to CANADA . Wrong address and wrong country . I understand these things can happen . Asked for a refund or a remake , and after 6 emails and 2 weeks of not getting anywhere , I’m taking this as a lesson and loss. ….and will not order from this company again.

Thank you Update 6/2: Received my order today and my door signs are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Will definitely patronize this business again! Update: Owner reached out to me and I failed as a a customer to have patience and understand the current troubles we are facing with parcels. I was informed that they have been in business for 8 long years and would not ever want to hurt a hardworking company’s reputation. I appreciate an honest business owner and attentiveness to communicate with customers. Thank you for doing your best! Ordered 5/5/22 today is 5/25/22 still no order.

My husband accidentally requested a… My husband accidentally requested a sign that said "Rest Room" and luckily Andrew caught it right away and, after consulting me, changed it to "RESTROOM" which is what we wanted. I'm so impressed that he took the initiative to write in these impersonal times. The little sign took quite a while to arrive, but it's perfect. And I think at least part of its passage involved the Ukraine, which deserves all our best wishes and support. They are defining courage in our times.
