Paid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping, that took longer than it was estimated. Then they shipped me someone else’s order. I get it, accidents happen. They said my order was still on the way so I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping that I had paid for and then a couple days ago I get the order I originally placed and the whole acrylic piece was broken to pieces. I threw the whole thing away. Never again, horrible experience.

I made a call and within 5 minutes received advise about my design and color and when it was delivered it matched perfectly with what I wanted. Delivered as Promised. Like many, I was leery about ordering signs from Ukraine. Ordered signs for my entire medical office. The signs came in, dutifully bubble wrapped. They were delivered precisely to my specifications. Really happy with my purchase. They were much less expensive than a comparable purchase in Canada. Communication is a little delayed with B-Sign, but other than that, I have no complaints. Expect your product to come to your door 4-5 weeks after you place your order.
