This company delivers when other couldn't I tried to get this simple sign made at several sign stores in my town. One even kept it for 3 weeks. Contacted bsign and they made me a mock up right away and were less expensive (even with shipping) than every other online store. The sign looks amazing, I couldn't be more pleased. Don't hesitate to use this company!

Paid for expedited shipping Paid for expedited shipping, that took longer than it was estimated. Then they shipped me someone else’s order. I get it, accidents happen. They said my order was still on the way so I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping that I had paid for and then a couple days ago I get the order I originally placed and the whole acrylic piece was broken to pieces. I threw the whole thing away. Never again, horrible experience.

Awesome signs! I was initially apprehensive about ordering signs from Ukraine but I loved the designs and the prices were reasonable. Also, Andrew is an excellent communicator and kept me updated as to the production and design options and also shipping information. You do have an option of shipping by 2-day air via FedEx so shipping times are not bad at all. I received my signs and I am very pleased with how they turned out. I will definitely use bsign again for future projects!

Buyer beware … UPDATED 8/6/22 Andrew refunded me . He said he mailed to wrong address. Placed an order through Etsy on 6/29/22 for 2 small signs. Waited 4 weeks and sent an email asking about delay . Andrew replied that it had been delivered . Very odd as I didn’t receive anything . He sent me USPS delivery notification which clearly showed it delivering to CANADA . Wrong address and wrong country . I understand these things can happen . Asked for a refund or a remake , and after 6 emails and 2 weeks of not getting anywhere , I’m taking this as a lesson and loss. ….and will not order from this company again.

the communication has been terrible the communication has been terrible. I placed an order on 5.20 and still have not received it which on your website stated it would be turned around quickly no response from anyone.
