GBDo not buy this product! I recently purchased Estée Lauder’s sample of night rejuvenating serum for face and the eye cream, also the small concentrate and toner. It came packaged together as a bundle from Christmas. While this wasn’t really what I was looking for at the counter, I took it, as it was recommended to me based on the fact I have sensitive skin and was looking for a good moisturiser and a better skin regime. I started this on the Friday night, it burnt my face. It Isn’t unusual for my skin to react like this first time so I didn’t think much of it but the morning after, my eyes were swollen and my cheeks were puffy with red blotchy patches. Because I had stayed away at a hotel when I bought this product, I wasn’t sure if it was because of hotel sheets etc so I used it a second time. My symptoms got worse. My skin is now so dry and sore from forehead to chin with a red chemical burn that is rough and dry. It itches and it stings and it’s sore like a burn. I stupidly didn’t research this product like I usually do, because I’ve used other products from Estée Lauder and they were fine. This product is absolutely awful and I have read so many reviews reporting the same thing. I am concerned that with so many bad reviews, why is it still available! It clearly doesn’t suit all skin types and isn’t for everyone. My advice is to avoid at all costs as I now need to go to the GP because on day 4 my skin is so sore I can’t moisturise it enough to sooth it. Do not buy it. Unfortunately I have received this counter back and therefore I don’t believe I am able to contact them. Estée Lauder please can you send an email that works. GBMy order was for £100 plus and I had to… My order was for £100 plus and I had to wait nearly a week for delivery. With so many companies sending next day delivery, Estee Lauder really need to update and fall in line with other companies to get orders out faster for their customers. To my mind this is poor customer service.

GBOnly order if you can get signature delivery Product not delivered to my house. Contacted Estee Lauder to be told it's no longer there problem once it's picked up by the carrier. They have zero fault. Go up your neighbors or contact the carrier. Now to find new product as I refuse to give money to a company who doesn't back there product being delivered. 2md and last time ordering online.

IEAbsolute disgrace of a mobile website Absolute disgrace of a mobile website. Goal: order a perfume for my wife, after she told me she loved one of their samples. Step 1, create account, step 2 add perfume in bag. Step 3 select payment method. Step 4: login on the payment website (paypal) complete order. Step 5 return to Estee Lauder page to complete order. Step 6 : repeat step 4 and step 5 ad nauseam. Give me a break, will you... for klarna payment method, you stop at step 3 and then nothing happens. Distasteful for such a big brand. Will avoid this experience and order her usual Paul Gautier instead. In your face

GBI had a wonderful experience with Estee… I had a wonderful experience with Estee Lauder , from begining to end . I received a discount code by Email , I went on the website was so easy to use , ordered products for myself and my daughter , received my discount and on top received some wonderful free samples that I cant wait to try. The postage was free and super fast and even arrived on a Saturday ! Great experience , will def use the website again and purchase from it . The service I received was all round fantastic thank you so much 🥰🥰
