NLFraud Fraud. Oh holy simplicity! A store pretending to be from the USA, supposedly from Norway without an address, with a bank account from Belgium. Where were my red lamps? What remains is a lesson for the future and some kind of satisfaction that you can earn an honest living on your own.

GBDon't use this company. I can't give zero so 1* will have to do. Bought item July Wrong (much cheaper) item arrived August. Offered half refund and to keep the naff perfume. I refused so they offered to send me my original item and another item as an apology (!). September, no item received. They then said they would contact the postal service to see what had happened. October, they would send the item again priority mail 2-5 working days. No item received despite 'tracking' saying delivered. Requested refund. Full amount refunded. I will never use this company again. Dreadful service though at least they did respond to my messages.

GBi wish i would read the reviews before… i wish i would read the reviews before i have placed the order with Parfumly.com. seems that the business module they have is sending fake wrong perfume from Belarus, upon arriving wrong item they quickly ship correct item which has been in transit for months. if you do want to get a refund you need to send perfume to Norway ( sending perfume outside UK if forbidden as considered hazardous). then gone silent. will try to contact my bank but have little hope.

GBSeems a scam All the 5 star reviewers for Parfumly have only done 2 reviews, and surprisingly all parfumly and Scuttir, what a coincidence!! Ordered perfume a month ago based on reviews on this site. Never received goods sent email they told me to check shipping order which I had already done and they claimed it was shipped 3 weeks ago. I've advised I'm going to claim on credit card and start fraud investigation. Dont buy from them !

DKEpitome of SCAM This company is the epitome of SCAM. When you look up the word scam in the dictionary, you will find parfumly as the example. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered back in January and never received my package, they said it was stuck at customs and they would let me know as soon as things would get moving, of course they never did and the next offer was to send me my order again. I declined and asked for a refund, they didn’t want to refund me for a while until the 20th of March I got an email my refund was processed. Now I’ve still not gotten my money back and the 20 business days is about the expire tomorrow. Don’t know what’ll happen and if they’ll reply but I’m taking matters into my hands and will contact my bank and also see what legal actions there are that I can take. They’re a fraud. Edit 18th of April 2024: I contacted customer service multiple times since Monday 15th and only on the 17th did I get a lousy reply saying that the 20 business days isn’t over yet (the 17th was the last day) so basically at the end of the day it would’ve been over BUT TO NO ONES SURPRISE I still haven’t gotten my money back. I contacted my bank and blocked my card and also applied for a card dispute so my bank gave me the money I lost back. I advice all of you to do the same since this thieving company has your credit card details so they can keep withdrawing money if they wanted. Be aware of scams and from now on always check the company out first.
