Hands off... An absolute rip-off and scam... I ordered 3 fragrances from parfumly.com in September 2022, only one of which arrived and it turned out to be fake. The bottle clearly had traces of glue, which means it was filled with something cheap. I couldn't even say whether it was the original fragrance, as this perfume is not available in Germany. I have NOT received the 2 other fragrances I ordered to date (and it is now January 2024). Despite repeated enquiries and requests for refunds of the amounts paid for them, I have been put off. Die Flasche wies eindeutig Klebstoffspuren auf, das heißt sie wurde mit irgendwas billigem befüllt. Ob es überhaupt dem Originalduft entsprach, konnte ich nicht mal sagen, da dieses Parfum nicht in Deutschland erhältlich ist. Die 2 anderen bestellten Düfte, habe ich bis heute (und wir haben mittlerweile Januar 2024), NICHT erhalten. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und Aufforderung Rückerstattung der dafür bezahlten Beträge, wird man nur hingehalten. Ein absoluter Beschiss und Saftladen...

Perfumly.Com should not be permitted to trade! Every Negative review that you read about Parfumly.com is totally accurate! They are scammers and should have their Trading Licence REVOKED. Report them to your Bank/Credit Card and the European ComReg..you will find them very helpful. There are many other legitimate companies who offer much better genuine products at very competitive prices and NOT THE FAKES PARFUMLY DEAL IN...

Been waiting since September 2022 for a… Been waiting since September 2022 for a bottle of Gucci however after at least 20 emails later still not received product and keep getting the same message that it’s waiting for postal clearance but this has been going on for over 6 months BUT MONEY £60, WAS TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY ON ORDER Disgraceful!!! However I have now seen all the other reviews and realise that it’s a complete scam . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE/COMPANY

No return label. rating should be zero stars. no way to get refund from them. OCTOBER 18 UPDATE : MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION .IT TOOK 4 MONTHS BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK. THEY ARE A FRAUD I ordered two perfumes worth €100 and I had been waiting for more than 6 months. I sent many emails and reported it through the facebook page and then, after 4 months they sent a package that I picked up at the post office and it was a mini bottle of air freshener oil!!! I posted several comments on the Facebook page and now they blocked me. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, LIARS, THIEVES, SCAMMERS, THEY ARE A FRAUD
