Fraudulent shop concept - don't place an order! On 12 November 2023, I ordered a niche perfume from parfumly.com, which is rarely available on the market anymore. The price was not particularly favourable. Unfortunately, the problems started shortly after placing the order, because the seller did not send a shipping link even after repeated requests. Only when the parcel still hadn't arrived after more than a month did the shop operator send a shipping link after a few requests. It turned out that the perfume had been sent from China. The order only arrived after more than 2 months. Unfortunately, an inferior perfume oil was sent instead of the perfume I had ordered. The "customer service" refused to refund the amount alredy paid and provide a shipping label for the return. After countless emails, the so-called customer service (probably an AI chat bot, repeating the same stupid things al over) sent me an address in Norway to which I was supposed to return the product at my own expense. Apart from the fact that it is very expensive to send a parcel to Norway, they provided a non-existent company address in Oslo. The attempt at fraud is very obvious. They send a cheap and false product intentionally, refuse to refund the amount already paid and force the already defrauded customer to loose even more money for a return to a false address. I can only warn everyone placing an order with parfumly.com. It is very obviously a scam and impudent customer fraud. Every defrauded customer should immediately file a complaint to put an end to this stupidly brazen business model!

They professionalize in ripping you… They professionalize in ripping you off. they sent some scented water instead of the perfume I ordered. fake perfume. The sender is in Belarus . No return label. rating should be zero stars. no way to get refund from them. OCTOBER 18 UPDATE : MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION .IT TOOK 4 MONTHS BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK. TO EVERYBODY : ADVISE YOUR C/C COMPANY OF THE SCAM , AND FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL YOU ARE CREDITED.

Scammers This is a scammer company who doesn’t exist November 2023 i bought a parfume from them 56 euro 100 mil i received 30 mil something else totally different from what i bought. The parfume which i received you can get in ebay for 5 £ 😔 i contacted them they replied to me with 3 different costumer service names apologies what happened but you never get another purchase.The trick of this game how they make money is paying them direct to the account from online banking. In this case your bank can’t solve this problem and you are profesionaly scammed. Don’t purchase anything from this company I have more than 10 emails with them telling me we sent you a new package . Today is 24.04.2024 i got email with old tracking number and nobody is responding .

Perfumly.Com should not be permitted to trade! Every Negative review that you read about Parfumly.com is totally accurate! They are scammers and should have their Trading Licence REVOKED. Report them to your Bank/Credit Card and the European ComReg..you will find them very helpful. There are many other legitimate companies who offer much better genuine products at very competitive prices and NOT THE FAKES PARFUMLY DEAL IN...
