ILBe careful I purchased in March 2023 three perfumes at a cost of 120 euros, in return I received three vials of cheap oil, for 9 months I corresponded with the seller to receive the perfumes I ordered or the money I paid. I sent him the oil to the address I received from him that did not exist, not even on Google Maps, the package was returned to my home, the money is lost and the frustration is great. From the reviews he saw that this is a repeating pattern. Too bad I didn't check before purchasing. Hope this review saves some victims from this scammer.

EEParfumly.com are scammers Parfumly.com are scammers, they don't send the order, they send any random thing and then they start apologizing and lying, until finally they don't answer your letters anymore. You can't get the money back either. If possible, don't order from there.

NLFraud Fraud. Oh holy simplicity! A store pretending to be from the USA, supposedly from Norway without an address, with a bank account from Belgium. Where were my red lamps? What remains is a lesson for the future and some kind of satisfaction that you can earn an honest living on your own.

DEFraudulent shop concept - don't place an order! On 12 November 2023, I ordered a niche perfume from parfumly.com, which is rarely available on the market anymore. The price was not particularly favourable. Unfortunately, the problems started shortly after placing the order, because the seller did not send a shipping link even after repeated requests. Only when the parcel still hadn't arrived after more than a month did the shop operator send a shipping link after a few requests. It turned out that the perfume had been sent from China. The order only arrived after more than 2 months. Unfortunately, an inferior perfume oil was sent instead of the perfume I had ordered. The "customer service" refused to refund the amount alredy paid and provide a shipping label for the return. After countless emails, the so-called customer service (probably an AI chat bot, repeating the same stupid things al over) sent me an address in Norway to which I was supposed to return the product at my own expense. Apart from the fact that it is very expensive to send a parcel to Norway, they provided a non-existent company address in Oslo. The attempt at fraud is very obvious. They send a cheap and false product intentionally, refuse to refund the amount already paid and force the already defrauded customer to loose even more money for a return to a false address. I can only warn everyone placing an order with parfumly.com. It is very obviously a scam and impudent customer fraud. Every defrauded customer should immediately file a complaint to put an end to this stupidly brazen business model!
