Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

They make amazing gift idea’s for any occasion; birthdays, weddings, baby showers, Christmas gifts, etc. in addition to that, the price you pay is incredible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I ordered an item with enough time to receive for my daughters grad. I have tried calling, just to receive a busy signal, tried emailing and get a “Undeliverable” notification and have tried the contact us many times with no response. I am currrently in contact with the PayPal Dispute line and my Bank Fraud team. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.
