DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I ordered an item with enough time to receive for my daughters grad. I have tried calling, just to receive a busy signal, tried emailing and get a “Undeliverable” notification and have tried the contact us many times with no response. I am currrently in contact with the PayPal Dispute line and my Bank Fraud team. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

Wrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.

Would choose a different company Ordered beginning of September it is now pushing mid October and still haven’t received anything tracking number only tells you it’s in transit and nobody knows where my packages are at. USPS tells me they’ve never received the package and the company says that they’ve sent the package so I just wasted money. Thanks so much!
