GBWrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.

CADO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I ordered an item with enough time to receive for my daughters grad. I have tried calling, just to receive a busy signal, tried emailing and get a “Undeliverable” notification and have tried the contact us many times with no response. I am currrently in contact with the PayPal Dispute line and my Bank Fraud team. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

CHCustomer service goes above and beyond The customer service goes above and beyond, they are simply incredible... My company bought 5 premium packages which Cosmonova accepted to customize with its designers, first: this took many back-and-forth iterations which they collaborated to very willingly, proactively and timely. Second, the shipment abroad got stuck in customs in Portugal: Cosmonova remained in contact with us at all times until the parcel arrived. Third, to get the parcel out of customs UBS requested 415€: Cosmonova offered to compensate this cost!!! We couldn't believe it. Plus, their kindness and the fact the production is based in Ukraine which made us happy to help this country economy in troubled times. Many thanks Cosmonova!

GBWell i still haven't received it Well i still haven't received it. your email says its at the post office and the post office cant seem to find it yes i can download it but thats not what i was expecting this was for a 8 year old little girl who's dad died on 7/10 and now its almost six weeks later she looks at the strs every night for him this is and was important live and learn

GBI’ve purchased with them before with no… I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response. Plus the phone number doesn’t work either
