GBThe customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

UAI placed an order 3 weeks ago I placed an order 3 weeks ago. It was led Star Map gift pack, not cheap but I wanted to gift my husband something special for our 10th anniversary. To say I was surprised would me an understatement. It's gorgeous. I've never seen such wonderful and so deep gift before.

GBDo more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

GBWould choose a different company Ordered beginning of September it is now pushing mid October and still haven’t received anything tracking number only tells you it’s in transit and nobody knows where my packages are at. USPS tells me they’ve never received the package and the company says that they’ve sent the package so I just wasted money. Thanks so much!
