GBThe customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

GBWould choose a different company Ordered beginning of September it is now pushing mid October and still haven’t received anything tracking number only tells you it’s in transit and nobody knows where my packages are at. USPS tells me they’ve never received the package and the company says that they’ve sent the package so I just wasted money. Thanks so much!

GBWrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.
