I’ve purchased with them before with no… I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response. Plus the phone number doesn’t work either

Would choose a different company Ordered beginning of September it is now pushing mid October and still haven’t received anything tracking number only tells you it’s in transit and nobody knows where my packages are at. USPS tells me they’ve never received the package and the company says that they’ve sent the package so I just wasted money. Thanks so much!

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.
