Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush.
