Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

We loved everything about the customer… We loved everything about the customer service and the ordering process. It is fast and easy. Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. All in all good value for money; we highly recommend it as a gift of memory.

Wrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.
