Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

I’ve purchased with them before with no… I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response. Plus the phone number doesn’t work either

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a gift for my sister and she loved it..she thought I paid a fortune for this..and well she can just believe that. The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!
