Fantastic way to say thank you Hey! My name is Alan, and I am working for the neonsignature.com company. Lately, we have ordered ten premium certificates for each worker in our team, and it's a fantastic way to say thank you to your coworkers. We've asked customer support to have the stars in the same constellation. They were so quick. We've received the order in 5 days.

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

In memory of my Dear..... I named a star in memory of my dear, sweet, sister in law/best friend who suddenly passed entirely too young. This was the perfect gift in honor of her to b give her family because she was a total "go look at the sky right now!" Type of girl! Every night, she would have the whole family on the phone with every one of us in our respective yards gazing at the sky 🥰 memories none of us would ever forget- and now we each have an official place to set our gaze! Such a beautiful gift idea!

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)
