LVGreat service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

GBWrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference.
