This was a gift for my sister and she loved it..she thought I paid a fortune for this..and well she can just believe that. Reliable and upfront you can't go wrong..stop your search and trust naming your star from cosmonova. You won't be disappointed. Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

In Lieu of Flowers I ordered a star in lieu of flowers for a memorial. Ordering was simple & the option to obtain the Cert the same day was nice. Affordable. The down side was personalizing the cert. It was very hard to determine the characters allowed for the format as there isn’t a count or print preview, therefore mine came out unjustified. Also, the map grid after I printed it was extremely light to the point where I could barely see the marked star so that was a little disappointing.

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

Wrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.
