Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. All in all good value for money; we highly recommend it as a gift of memory.

Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift.
