The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. All in all good value for money; we highly recommend it as a gift of memory.

To say I was surprised would me an understatement. It's gorgeous. I've never seen such wonderful and so deep gift before.

Wrongs made right I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.

Well i still haven't received it Well i still haven't received it. your email says its at the post office and the post office cant seem to find it yes i can download it but thats not what i was expecting this was for a 8 year old little girl who's dad died on 7/10 and now its almost six weeks later she looks at the strs every night for him this is and was important live and learn
