They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. CHCustomer service goes above and beyond The customer service goes above and beyond, they are simply incredible... My company bought 5 premium packages which Cosmonova accepted to customize with its designers, first: this took many back-and-forth iterations which they collaborated to very willingly, proactively and timely. Second, the shipment abroad got stuck in customs in Portugal: Cosmonova remained in contact with us at all times until the parcel arrived. Third, to get the parcel out of customs UBS requested 415€: Cosmonova offered to compensate this cost!!! We couldn't believe it. Plus, their kindness and the fact the production is based in Ukraine which made us happy to help this country economy in troubled times. Many thanks Cosmonova!
