CAI had a great experience with this… I had a great experience with this company. The delivery was quick, and the contents were incredibly high quality. My only gripe is that I named a binary star and the certificate doesn't reflect that, either through proper grammar or through it being directly mentioned. Other than that though I love it!

GBIn memory of my Dear..... I named a star in memory of my dear, sweet, sister in law/best friend who suddenly passed entirely too young. This was the perfect gift in honor of her to b give her family because she was a total "go look at the sky right now!" Type of girl! Every night, she would have the whole family on the phone with every one of us in our respective yards gazing at the sky 🥰 memories none of us would ever forget- and now we each have an official place to set our gaze! Such a beautiful gift idea!

GBIn Lieu of Flowers I ordered a star in lieu of flowers for a memorial. Ordering was simple & the option to obtain the Cert the same day was nice. Affordable. The down side was personalizing the cert. It was very hard to determine the characters allowed for the format as there isn’t a count or print preview, therefore mine came out unjustified. Also, the map grid after I printed it was extremely light to the point where I could barely see the marked star so that was a little disappointing.

GBIncredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

CHCustomer service goes above and beyond The customer service goes above and beyond, they are simply incredible... My company bought 5 premium packages which Cosmonova accepted to customize with its designers, first: this took many back-and-forth iterations which they collaborated to very willingly, proactively and timely. Second, the shipment abroad got stuck in customs in Portugal: Cosmonova remained in contact with us at all times until the parcel arrived. Third, to get the parcel out of customs UBS requested 415€: Cosmonova offered to compensate this cost!!! We couldn't believe it. Plus, their kindness and the fact the production is based in Ukraine which made us happy to help this country economy in troubled times. Many thanks Cosmonova!
