GBDo more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

GBThe customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

CAI am BEYOND pleased with my purchase I am BEYOND pleased with my purchase! I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he was ecstatic! I highly recommend buying a star, no matter if it’s for yourself, a friend, or a loved one. They make amazing gift idea’s for any occasion; birthdays, weddings, baby showers, Christmas gifts, etc. in addition to that, the price you pay is incredible! LVGreat service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

CHCustomer service goes above and beyond The customer service goes above and beyond, they are simply incredible... My company bought 5 premium packages which Cosmonova accepted to customize with its designers, first: this took many back-and-forth iterations which they collaborated to very willingly, proactively and timely. Second, the shipment abroad got stuck in customs in Portugal: Cosmonova remained in contact with us at all times until the parcel arrived. Third, to get the parcel out of customs UBS requested 415€: Cosmonova offered to compensate this cost!!! We couldn't believe it. Plus, their kindness and the fact the production is based in Ukraine which made us happy to help this country economy in troubled times. Many thanks Cosmonova!
