Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

I had a great experience with this… I had a great experience with this company. The delivery was quick, and the contents were incredibly high quality. My only gripe is that I named a binary star and the certificate doesn't reflect that, either through proper grammar or through it being directly mentioned. Other than that though I love it!

Our gift of a bright Binary Star premium package to our children-in-law. That was a huge success. More than thrilled with the gift's novelty and the high quality of all the materials of the premium designed package. Delivery was coming timely, in fact, a day earlier than scheduled. All in all good value for money; we highly recommend it as a gift of memory.
