Great service The service was fast, I got the product in time and everything was according to my order. What I liked about cosmonova was the availablity of several options of certificate designs (all of them look great) and an option to order a .pdf file if a customer is in a rush. Overall, would recommend for anybody who is struggling to find a present for a loved one =)

Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. I’ve purchased with them before with no… I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response.
