Standard star Review Wasn't sure of this website at first, but has good policies and package came delivered very cleanly and carefully, nothing bent or wonky. Shipping took several days longer than expected, but did arrive within a week and a half. Overall, would purchase again.

I am BEYOND pleased with my purchase I am BEYOND pleased with my purchase! I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he was ecstatic! I highly recommend buying a star, no matter if it’s for yourself, a friend, or a loved one. They make amazing gift idea’s for any occasion; birthdays, weddings, baby showers, Christmas gifts, etc. in addition to that, the price you pay is incredible! I’m so beyond happy with my purchase and can’t wait to make a purchase again soon!

Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

In Lieu of Flowers I ordered a star in lieu of flowers for a memorial. Ordering was simple & the option to obtain the Cert the same day was nice. Affordable. The down side was personalizing the cert. It was very hard to determine the characters allowed for the format as there isn’t a count or print preview, therefore mine came out unjustified. Also, the map grid after I printed it was extremely light to the point where I could barely see the marked star so that was a little disappointing.

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!
