Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

Incredible product, service, and delivery! I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought.
