Do more research Well it’s been 3 days since my order and still no order confirmation email. I get this review email before my order had even been fulfilled/satisfied. So far it’s a 1 star as it is starting out bad. I hope they surprise me and the order shows up on time. Other reviews aren’t giving me much confidence at this point. Should have done more research before purchasing.

Incredible customer service Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

This was a gift for my sister and she loved it..she thought I paid a fortune for this..and well she can just believe that. Well i still haven't received it Well i still haven't received it. your email says its at the post office and the post office cant seem to find it yes i can download it but thats not what i was expecting this was for a 8 year old little girl who's dad died on 7/10 and now its almost six weeks later she looks at the strs every night for him this is and was important live and learn

Standard star Review Wasn't sure of this website at first, but has good policies and package came delivered very cleanly and carefully, nothing bent or wonky. Shipping took several days longer than expected, but did arrive within a week and a half. Overall, would purchase again.
