Exceeded expectations Ordered our caricature on line and received this within 2 weeks. We were kept up to date and informed throughout. The likeness to our photographs is unbelievable, it is now sitting pride of place in our home Bar. Great service end to end with a fantastic result. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Item not delivered, no response for the Email We received no response from this company after two weeks of order. However, money was taken immediately after placing the order. No contact number on their website or response to multiple inquiry emails or cancellation requests. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Beautifully done! I love our new personalized caricature couples wooden wall art! The photos I provided were easy to upload and the finished piece is just beautiful. The faces on the wood look great and the colors perfect. The painted wood is nice quality and the names were painted with a great professional touch. I received several compliments already since I hung it on our wall. Production was quick and shipping was fast. Great gift item too!

I received a racist and offensive… I received a racist and offensive charicature showing my light skinned black partner as white, and the likenesses were terrible. I emailed Customfairy customer support twice and they never responded or offered to make it right with a replacement, so I had to raise a claim in PayPal to get my money back. This company deleted negative reviews and comments from Look.io and Instagram to make themselves look better **Updated 9th September 2020** I never received an answer to my customer service complaint from the 18/08, which is what I raised a PayPal claim on the 21/08. However a customer service manager emailed me separately on the 29/08 having read this review, and acknowledged they should have done more to make things right. He offered to do what I had originally requested, but was never answered on, which was to redo the caricature. The refund had already been made and was honoured. The revised caricature arrived today (09/09) and is much better, matching the skin tone. Afro-Carribean hair texture seems to be a problem to match however. I've left the original review above for full transparency, and stuck to the facts on what occurred afterwards. The eventual customer response was in my opinion appropriate, just far too late, and it shouldn't have taken a 1 star review to prompt that. I do applaud them for apologising and trying to make it right however, even if it didn't help that this was received weeks after the birthday for which this was intended. I've upgraded the score from a 1 star to a 2 star accordingly.

We absolutely love our picture We absolutely love our picture! It is so unique! The ordering process went very smoothly..I also enjoyed how the company sent me videos on each step of making the photo and shipping went very smoothly, I highly recommend this company they are truly dedicated to their business. I will order from them again.
