Item not delivered, no response for the Email We received no response from this company after two weeks of order. However, money was taken immediately after placing the order. No contact number on their website or response to multiple inquiry emails or cancellation requests. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Really did not want to do this however… Really did not want to do this however I have nowhere else to go. I paid £200 for 4 wooden portraits. 2 are brilliant! 1 has the incorrect names and the other is awful. I have emailed 4 times, tried to contact by Facebook messenger and also contacted twice on their contact page but no response at all! This is really bad service.

Exceeded expectations Ordered our caricature on line and received this within 2 weeks. We were kept up to date and informed throughout. The likeness to our photographs is unbelievable, it is now sitting pride of place in our home Bar. Great service end to end with a fantastic result. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I ordered a wooden wall art picture a… I ordered a wooden wall art picture a few years ago which was brilliant so I ordered another but this time it was awful. They said they couldn't get hold of the wood so if I had canvass it would be the same, but it wasn't I was so disappointed I will never order again.

Looking for an unusual personalised gift? Ordered a wooden caricature for my hubby for our anniversary. I’m not very technically minded but the process of uploading our photos was so simple and straightforward. The item arrived about 10 days later and we were amazed by the quality and attention to detail in the finished characters! Loved it so much I have now ordered one for my son and his girlfriend with their dog... can’t wait for it to arrive! Highly recommend this company to everyone.
