GBOmniPrint International Deceived Me... OmniPrint International Deceived Me... I researched every DTG printer that I could find and was able to negotiate a purchase from OmniPrint International in April 2023. Receiving the printer was the only highlight of this whole deal because since April I have not been able to print t-shirts or film transfers. OmniPrint International says I don't know how to use the printer even though I use one of my friends' 330TX with no problem (my friend can't print on my faulty printer either). I am still asked to pay the monthly cost and repairs for a printer that was bad out of the box. Help! Anyone!

GBRead before you buy‼️ I bought a freejet 330TX. If you don’t want to struggle with a company that cares nothing about you and your money please go somewhere else. They are so good to sell but once you need them they won’t be there. I email them every day to help me fix my printer and no reply. I call every single day and the receptionist is nice and all but she’s obviously doing what she’s told, “the tech will call you or email you soon” and that never happens. Fixing this printer is not cheap for them to treat their customers this way. No sort of respect for their customers. Me waiting for them to get back at me I’ve lost so many customers that didn’t want to wait and went with someone else. I have many emails and calls to them I wish I knew all this before giving them my money. I would have gone with a more caring company and brand. Omniprint NOT RECOMMENDED!

GBAmerican Based Company I read some of these reviews and I just have to say... I have been using OmniPrint printers and their ink for 5 years, I have been in the printing business for 23 years and often see new business owners and startup buy these expensive printers and think its one of those desk printers you buy from Office Depot. These are serious printers and need to be maintained. I had to take several classes to learn how to actually keep my printer runner smooth. I have Epson, Brother, and Omni. OmniPrint is an American company and I will also support it.

GBPrinting Perfection: Omniprint 2 330TX+ Review Title: Excellent Ink, Service, and Support: Omniprint 2 330TX+ Review Rating: 5/5 stars I've been using the Omniprint 2 330TX+ for my printing needs in my business for quite some time now, and I must say, it has been a game-changer. The ink quality is superb, producing vibrant and long-lasting prints that truly enhance the presentation of my products. What sets Omniprint apart, however, is not just the quality of their ink but also their exceptional service. I greatly appreciate the weekly sessions they offer, which have been invaluable in not only optimizing the performance of my printer but also providing insights that have positively impacted my business strategies. It's a fantastic added value that demonstrates their commitment to their customers' success. Of course, no technology is without its occasional hiccups, and I've encountered mechanical issues with my printer in the past. But what truly impressed me was how Omniprint swiftly diagnosed the problem and promptly resolved it, minimizing any downtime for my operations. Their technical expertise and efficiency in addressing issues speak volumes about their dedication to customer satisfaction. Moreover, being based right here in Southern California is definitely a bonus. Knowing that I have a reliable printing partner in my backyard provides me with peace of mind, especially when time is of the essence. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Omniprint 2 330TX+ to anyone seeking high-quality ink, outstanding service, and reliable support for their printing needs. It's a partnership that has undoubtedly contributed to the success and growth of my business.

GBI bought an Omni print 550 and it broke… I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke within a year. I had to spend $2500 to have a tech come out to fix it then it broke again the next year I had to ship it back to Costa Mesa where they sent me a refurbished one which again broke and they said there’s no warranty. They said I need a new firmware, which cost $3000, so I bought the firmware and sent it back to Costa Mesa again where it’s been sitting for two months I call every day and email and Xavier does not call me back. I have lost so much money, not being able to print merchandise and due to that, I haven’t been able to attend any craft fairs . I really hope somebody files a class action suit and we can all be a part of it.
