Their goal as a company is for you to gwt impatient and try to fix your machine by yourself so they can void your warrantee and charge you and arm and a leg for discontinued parts.steer away from this company. Just go on facebook grpups and do your reserch. They have a freejet group not even associated with omniprint because omniprint like to delete helpfup tips on their on group.

A terrible printer from Korea OmniPrint imports this printer from Korea, and they claim it will save you money on ink, but after your machine continues to break down, you add the cost of servicing, the cost of parts, and now the printer quickly becomes more expensive than the competition. The company cares nothing about its customers, only about money, and once they have your money your requests for assistance become unimportant. Please stay away and save yourself some cash. My 330TX Plus was the worst financial investment I’ve made during my adult life.
