GBA terrible printer from Korea OmniPrint imports this printer from Korea, and they claim it will save you money on ink, but after your machine continues to break down, you add the cost of servicing, the cost of parts, and now the printer quickly becomes more expensive than the competition. The company cares nothing about its customers, only about money, and once they have your money your requests for assistance become unimportant. Please stay away and save yourself some cash. My 330TX Plus was the worst financial investment I’ve made during my adult life.

GBRead before you buy‼️ I bought a freejet 330TX. If you don’t want to struggle with a company that cares nothing about you and your money please go somewhere else. They are so good to sell but once you need them they won’t be there. I email them every day to help me fix my printer and no reply. I call every single day and the receptionist is nice and all but she’s obviously doing what she’s told, “the tech will call you or email you soon” and that never happens. Fixing this printer is not cheap for them to treat their customers this way. No sort of respect for their customers. Me waiting for them to get back at me I’ve lost so many customers that didn’t want to wait and went with someone else. I have many emails and calls to them I wish I knew all this before giving them my money. I would have gone with a more caring company and brand. Omniprint NOT RECOMMENDED!

GBI love the Omniprint weekly creators board room I love the weekly creators board room, they have such helpful information and we get to connect to the Omniprint family. I have had my Omniprint 330TX plus for 3 years now and I love it. The machine does both direct to garment and direct to film. I am a graphic artist of 17 years and I love being able to design my graphics and the machine prints vibrant colors to put on any garment. I love my Omniprint family.

GBBiggest scam company on the face of the… Biggest scam company on the face of the earth! I purchased two printers with heat presses and ink. spent about $50,000. I tried my best for over a year to get them the machines to simply print a t-shirt. DTG can be tricky, but tricky and simply not working is two completly different things. I later purchased real dtg printers from epson and have been doing great ever since. To put it simply (with out going on and on as the other reviews pretty much state our similar experiences) they sell a product that simply doesnt work. Period end of story. Giant scam and Im taking them to court!

GBDont throw your money away. Go with brother or epson. 1 star is too much to give to this sh.t company. Terrible customer service and greedy business owner. Sell you a 20k machine and charge you $200 for trouble shooting. Straight bulls..t. they make parts that only work with consumables thru them at rape prices and will tell you anything for a sale. $35 for a damper.... theres 8 colors you do the math. Those things are $2 online for any other printer. Stay awwwwwwwayyyyyyyyy
