I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke… I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke within a year. I had to spend $2500 to have a tech come out to fix it then it broke again the next year I had to ship it back to Costa Mesa where they sent me a refurbished one which again broke and they said there’s no warranty. They said I need a new firmware, which cost $3000, so I bought the firmware and sent it back to Costa Mesa again where it’s been sitting for two months I call every day and email and Xavier does not call me back. I have lost so much money, not being able to print merchandise and due to that, I haven’t been able to attend any craft fairs . I really hope somebody files a class action suit and we can all be a part of it.

Terrible company and customer service We have 2 of these machines and have had trouble from day one. We eventually found that we could print to transfer paper (extra expense) and then transfer to shirts, etc but to print directly to the garment never worked as it should. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't answer phone or emails and if they do happen to call you, they hang up after about 10 seconds. Seems to be intentionally so they can 'say they called you back'. Would NEVER buy anything else from them

Dont throw your money away. Go with brother or epson. 1 star is too much to give to this sh.t company. Terrible customer service and greedy business owner. Sell you a 20k machine and charge you $200 for trouble shooting. Straight bulls..t. they make parts that only work with consumables thru them at rape prices and will tell you anything for a sale. $35 for a damper.... theres 8 colors you do the math. Those things are $2 online for any other printer. Stay awwwwwwwayyyyyyyyy

This company sucks major ass This company sucks ass. And thats being professonal. They are quick to sell you machines but slow to help you afyer the sales. Their goal as a company is for you to gwt impatient and try to fix your machine by yourself so they can void your warrantee and charge you and arm and a leg for discontinued parts.steer away from this company. Just go on facebook grpups and do your reserch. They have a freejet group not even associated with omniprint because omniprint like to delete helpfup tips on their on group.
