GBDecent but unreliable product... HORRIBLE support!!! The only reason why I give this an extra star is because when it works, the shirts look damn nice! That being said... The support really is as bad as you've heard. My story is nothing new. My printer took a dump about 6 months ago and I just haven't had the time or care to get it working again. Great investment 🤬🤬🤬 Wish I read the forums and reviews before buying this from someone that was out of the shirt printing business. I should have seen the writing on the wall that this was going to consume my life and frustrate me to no end. They wanted several thousand just to train and transfer the warranty to me. I was going back and forth with a support person and told them they don't support their customers... He had the damn nerve to say technically I'm not their customer because I bought it used from someone else. That sums up how they treat their "customers"

GBTerrible company and customer service We have 2 of these machines and have had trouble from day one. We eventually found that we could print to transfer paper (extra expense) and then transfer to shirts, etc but to print directly to the garment never worked as it should. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't answer phone or emails and if they do happen to call you, they hang up after about 10 seconds. Seems to be intentionally so they can 'say they called you back'. Would NEVER buy anything else from them

GBWorst Customer Service in the U.S Worst Customer Service in the U.S. I bought my FreeJet 330TX from Omniprint International and I worked great for about 2 years (almost). After that the problems came, which is expected for a piece of electro mechanical equipment, but getting it repaired became a nightmare. After a while, no return calls and then the cost of someone troubleshooting was ridiculous with no guarantee that the equipment will be fixed. I've been sitting on a 100 lb, $25k paperweight for the last 3 years.
