GBA terrible printer from Korea OmniPrint imports this printer from Korea, and they claim it will save you money on ink, but after your machine continues to break down, you add the cost of servicing, the cost of parts, and now the printer quickly becomes more expensive than the competition. The company cares nothing about its customers, only about money, and once they have your money your requests for assistance become unimportant. Please stay away and save yourself some cash. My 330TX Plus was the worst financial investment I’ve made during my adult life.

GBTerrible company and customer service We have 2 of these machines and have had trouble from day one. We eventually found that we could print to transfer paper (extra expense) and then transfer to shirts, etc but to print directly to the garment never worked as it should. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't answer phone or emails and if they do happen to call you, they hang up after about 10 seconds. Seems to be intentionally so they can 'say they called you back'. Would NEVER buy anything else from them

GBI bought an Omni print 550 and it broke… I bought an Omni print 550 and it broke within a year. I had to spend $2500 to have a tech come out to fix it then it broke again the next year I had to ship it back to Costa Mesa where they sent me a refurbished one which again broke and they said there’s no warranty. They said I need a new firmware, which cost $3000, so I bought the firmware and sent it back to Costa Mesa again where it’s been sitting for two months I call every day and email and Xavier does not call me back. I have lost so much money, not being able to print merchandise and due to that, I haven’t been able to attend any craft fairs . I really hope somebody files a class action suit and we can all be a part of it.

GBWorst Customer Service in the U.S Worst Customer Service in the U.S. I bought my FreeJet 330TX from Omniprint International and I worked great for about 2 years (almost). After that the problems came, which is expected for a piece of electro mechanical equipment, but getting it repaired became a nightmare. After a while, no return calls and then the cost of someone troubleshooting was ridiculous with no guarantee that the equipment will be fixed. I've been sitting on a 100 lb, $25k paperweight for the last 3 years.

GBAmerican Based Company I read some of these reviews and I just have to say... I have been using OmniPrint printers and their ink for 5 years, I have been in the printing business for 23 years and often see new business owners and startup buy these expensive printers and think its one of those desk printers you buy from Office Depot. These are serious printers and need to be maintained. I had to take several classes to learn how to actually keep my printer runner smooth. I have Epson, Brother, and Omni. OmniPrint is an American company and I will also support it.
