I Love This Store I’m usually not motivated to write a review about a store unless I’m extremely unhappy with it. I take exception here. I’m always happy with Label Peelers. If I can’t find an item elsewhere, I can usually find it at Label Peelers. The store’s sales and customer service can’t be beat either. It is always a pleasure dealing with the people there, even during unfortunate circumstances. I recently placed an order during one of its store-wide 40% off sales and the item arrived damaged while being shipped. Label Peelers replaced the product quickly and without a hassle. I wish I could say that about all stores.

Best Wine and Beer Store on the Net! From the moment I discovered this gem on the net I have been rewarded with awesome service and great prices. Being both a wine and beer maker, I have one place to get all my supplies and at prices even cheaper than my local merchant even with shipping. It's hard to believe that only 2 guys do all the work! On my last order I had a problem with a dried malt package that had partially leaked out in transit. I emailed to ask them what I could substitute for the small amount of lost malt and within minutes I received a response with a genuine apology and a speedy no cost replacement. That's caring customer service! I am confident that things will only get even better and I wish them great success!

Excelent to deal with Great selections, respectable prices and great communication. I ordered an item that was out of stock, got a phone call asking if I wanted them to ship without it, replace it or wait till the next day. I opted to wait, got a call that afternoon saying it was in and they would be shipping. That was Friday, hops will be delivered Tuesday
