Being both a wine and beer maker, I have one place to get all my supplies and at prices even cheaper than my local merchant even with shipping. It's hard to believe that only 2 guys do all the work! On my last order I had a problem with a dried malt package that had partially leaked out in transit. I emailed to ask them what I could substitute for the small amount of lost malt and within minutes I received a response with a genuine apology and a speedy no cost replacement. Awesome Experience This is one of the best online companies I've ever dealt with. I had a pound of hops sitting in my cart for a while before I finished the order, in the meantime they sold out of the item but then personally called me to tell they would sell me 16 1oz packages for the same price and let me know there would be a day delay. Everything arrived very quickly and for an excellent price. I've bought beer supplies from a number of internet sites but Labelpeelers is by far the best.
