My only recommendation would be to carry more product like Midwest so I wouldn't have to deal with them at all.

We searched their site for STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE The results showed a strawberry & peach wine kit which we then ordered enough to make 50 gals . Upon receipt we noticed this was NOT THE FRUIT STRAWBERRY & PEACH WINE BASE BUT GRAPE WINE WITH FLAVORING & CORN-SYRUP. This was in no way what we wanted ! THE DESCRIPTION SHOULD SAY GRAPE WINE WITH ADDED FRUIT FLAVORING “ normal & standard label practices After 2 weeks of emails & slow responses they agreed to take the return but WE HAD TO PAY EXTREMELY COSTLY RETURN SHIPPING ON SOMETHING THAT WAS THEIR FAULT .
