Speedy shipping and great customer service! I placed my order yesterday morning and the package arrived this afternoon! Great price and the fastest shipping that I've ever experienced! I couldn't find an item purchased among the 7 boxes, so I called the company. As luck would have it, the person who packaged it remembered doing so and helped me locate the item! If that isn't amazing customer service, then I don't know what is! Highly recommend this company.

Rewards Program Screwing! I've ordered form Label Peelers for years and have always been satisfied - great prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. But their rewards program suddenly disappeared recently without warning - as did the reward coupons/discounts I had earned. Pretty lousy way to screw your customers.

BEST HOP SELECTION ON THE WEB!!!!! Label peelers hands down has the widest selection of hops with the best prices! I almost hesitate bragging about Label peelers to others because I want their amazing hop selection all to myself but I have enlightened many including so pro brewers who were also amazed at the hop selection! They are truly an awesome company. They regularly offer discounts showing that they really do appreciate us customers. One time I forgot to enter in the discount code at check out so I called and..the customer service was excellent! He assured me that they would take care of it. Thank you label peelers!!!

Good Selection, pricing and delivery This is my second purchase from Labelpeelers and both experiences I've had have been very positive. The web site is ok but the pricing and the delivery times have been great! Cost of shipping is very reasonable as well in comparison to many other retailers. I mainly purchase hops and a few small equipment pieces and have been happy with the quality. I generally do a lot of research and price comparisons before I make a purchase and all research led me to Labelpeelers for my brewing ingredients.
