GBI had switched banks I had switched banks - and noticed that some of my subscriptions had been cancelled. I went in, and updated all of the information (new credit card and banking information) - yet I still cannot get into my account. I am losing money by the hour because I cannot get into my account. No phone number to call - and I have emailed numerous times with no response. What does a person have to do to get ahold of this place?

AUUnethical Business Practices Do NOT give them your credit card details! I bought a logo in 2019 and now I'm being charged for a domain I never wanted nor do I even know what it is! I have never received an email or an invoice either! When I finally figured out who charged me and contacted them through a chat (as they have no phone number) they cancelled the domain and told me they would refund my money but apparently now are not able to process the refund!!!

GBGood choice of logos. Please Read. Plenty of quality logos to choose from, although highly recommended to make little tweaks and/or add text in order to make your logo unique, as other companies are able to purchase the same logo after you, and that company can also tweak their version. You can save your chosen / tweaked logo into your account-folder and edit it at any time. If you then decide that you want to download your logo to use for business cards, garments, websites, etc, then you pay the required fee of £32 (UK) , which is quite reasonable compared to a company who could charge significantly more to create a logo for you. You can make further tweaks to your logo (font/colours) within the first year, but will then have to pay a smaller fee for such changes AFTER one year (approx' up to £15, possibly less with discount), which is why I have given my review 4-stars, as I assumed I could make font/colour changes to my logo text anytime after I bought my finalised logo, and not just within one year. Good helpful customer service with detailed and polite responses, and I would recommend FreeLogoServices. Thanks & Regards DM

ILThe worst company ever there the… The worst company ever there the biggest scam on the face of the earth, they have cancelled my membership at 5 times on the past 4 months I lost over $50k of work and clientele, I have already got my lawyer involved and considering in suing them, if they don't do something about it. IF THERE IS ANY REAL PRRSON OUT THERE TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP IN FACT I WILL REPORT YOU.

GBUPDATE -28/02/2022 UPDATE -28/02/2022 After giving the company the opportunity and four weeks to rectify still nothing no website transfer or even anyone to speak to in regards to it. They say on the chat their supervisor will get back to me and still yet no correspondence. As you can see from their response they state " two month credit to cover the next two recurring monthly payments as well" however today they attempted to take more money out of my account!!! If i could give them 0 star i would!!! i have now decided to move to a different company!!! (please see previous thread below)
