GBPoor communication I’ve used this company a few times most recent I ordered some company pens back in June. The pens have never arrived, I’ve emailed them 3 times and nobody has ever responded. UPDATE - I have been refunded but poor communication from the company, overall I’d give them 4 stars

GBWould give zero stars if possible Would give zero stars if possible. Someone has created an account with FreeLogoServices using my credit card. I've explained this in 10 different emails. Unless I can give the email address and details on the account that was created, they will not help me. Since I did not create the account, I cannot provide. They are continuting to charge my credit card regardless.

GBI had switched banks I had switched banks - and noticed that some of my subscriptions had been cancelled. I went in, and updated all of the information (new credit card and banking information) - yet I still cannot get into my account. I am losing money by the hour because I cannot get into my account. No phone number to call - and I have emailed numerous times with no response. What does a person have to do to get ahold of this place?

CAI have been with this company since…2018 I have been with this company since 2018, so over 5 years, for my business domain, email, and Google G-Suite. Last month my Credit card was compromised and cancelled by my CC company. I forgot to inform this company of my new card number so when they went to renew my subscriptions, they weren't approved. I blame myself for not contacting them to change my CC on file. But...it would have been very much appreciated if they could have contacted me to let me know they weren't able to process my payment. Instead, I just one day no longer have access to my email account or all my Google Drive files. I went and updated my CC info as soon as I found out, but it has been a day and a half and nothing has been repaired/reactivated. Furthermore, all the emails I have sent them have been ignored thus far. I will be switching providers.

GBDONT TOUCH!! DONT TOUCH!!! this company. Brought a logo few months later another company had the same logo as me and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Also appalling customer service no contact number all done through email which they do not get back to you only with information that is irrelevant.
