GBPrinted “Linked Image not found” on mugs We ordered 9 custom mugs. On the order form and site everything looked good, included images we uploaded for the back of the mugs. We received the mugs very quickly, but instead of the image we uploaded it said “linked image not found.” There was absolutely no indication when ordering that there would be any problem. It also was a saved image and not a link. There is no phone number. We emailed on a Friday and got a response on Monday. After some emails back and forth, they reprinted the mugs correctly. Turned out well, but should not have happened.

GBUpdate: Item arrived Update: It's only fair to update this review... A day after posting my review, I received an email from customer service with a tracking number. The item was en route. Apparently their website isn't being updated as it needs to because it still showed "In production" the day I received the item. I am pleased with the shirt I received. It's just a shame there is no way to deal with their customer service in a real-time manner. Original review: Have ordered a number of products before with mixed results. Currently I am waiting on ONE embroidered polo shirt. Just one. It's been "In Production" for two weeks, and I do not receive a response to my email inquiry. I cannot find a phone number to call. Customer service now, as before, is unacceptable. If you can't deliver ONE shirt, refund my money.

GBUnable to Get a Response Back I purchased a domain name and website a couple days ago not realizing that my husband had already started designing one thru another site. I cancelled both my domain name and website 1 day after purchase and site said it was immediately cancelled. We want to use that same domain name thru other site but says domain name isn't available. Have tried contacting to see when FreeLogoServices will release it, but no response and they have no phone # to contact. I planned to still purchase a logo and all my physical marketing materials from them, however I am having second thoughts since they have yet to reply and assist with my issue.

GBfreelogoservices.com sent me the wrong… freelogoservices.com sent me the wrong business cards. I had to stay on a chat for 30 minutes to only be told that they couldn't reorder mine that it would need to be sent to another department. This would take another 24-48 hours to just get back to me. Again, this was their mistake. They then got back to me and said they would reprint the cards but it could take up 14 days to receive after pricing. This was their mistake! They said in the email they would offer no compensation as I already had free shipping. They wouldn't even expediate the shipping. The worst customer service experience I have had. There are many companies that print business cards, don't use this company. Customer service and operations are terrible. They are owned by Deluxe checks.

GBI am trying to make a payment to… I am trying to make a payment to reactive my email address but only accept credit card payments. Have made several attempts to pay by debit details but no luck. Not getting a related email back just send instructions and insists on credit card. Just want email back online
