Worst company I have even done business with!! I ordered on December 24, 2023. I received a response stating that their shipment was from 3 to 8 days. It is now January 12, we have no ink for our printer and it is affecting our business. I tried calling them, they had no representatives to take my call, and finally put me to where I had to leave a voicemail. I hope that they call me back, because we really need the ink. From reading some of these other reviews, it appears that this "company" is just a scam to take your money and furnish no product. I hope that my credit card company gives me a refund. Having still not heard from them, I ordered the ink from Amazon Prime which promises delivery by January 14. Cheaper too.

When I had not received I emailed them and they replied an apology for the back-order and would ship as soon as they receive more product. 90 days in, still no receipt and no status update. Anorher email about my order was ignored. Their website shows all iems I ordered are in stock. This company is scamming people.

Review before you use 4inkjets charged my credit card 10 days ago and still no shipping status. Called them many times but could not get through. Seems to be a very common concern. I wish I read their reviews before I used them. Don't recommend using this "company."???

Placed an order on April 4 Placed an order on April 4, 2024. Bank account was debited on 04/08/24 and as of today, 04/22/24, order is still in "processing". I have called numerous times without any answer or call back. Have also emailed without any response.

Doesn't Honor Refund Requests For Unshipped Orders I am a business partner for a small artist collective, we had been using this company's product for over a year now and while the ink has served us well- we have had a few issues with the company. The biggest issue we have had is the failure to ship out our product to us after receiving payment, we never received a shipping confirmation and our ink was never sent in a timely manner. For other reasons, we decided to switch ink suppliers. When my business partner reached out to them for a refund, they ignored our email and sent out an order we no longer needed. To say we are disappointed by this is an understatement.
