Non-existent company with non-existent products. Need 0 stars to properly review this operation. The term "ghost company" used in another review is an unintended compliment, since I question whether this company even exists in reality. The website makes it look like an operational entity, but don't be fooled. You place your order & they bill your credit card "immediately", but that is the last you will hear from them. We ordered 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing since. No product. No shipping notice. ZERO response to NUMEROUS emails, & incoming phone calls are NEVER - EVER - answered. Save yourself the aggravation & purchase elsewhere, becuase you will also end up having to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge for non-existent products.

This company is a fraud This company is a fraud. Processed my credit card immediately and then backordered the product for 2 months. When they did send the product it had a bad use by date.

Worst company I have even done business with!! I ordered on December 24, 2023. I received a response stating that their shipment was from 3 to 8 days. It is now January 12, we have no ink for our printer and it is affecting our business. I tried calling them, they had no representatives to take my call, and finally put me to where I had to leave a voicemail. I hope that they call me back, because we really need the ink. From reading some of these other reviews, it appears that this "company" is just a scam to take your money and furnish no product. I hope that my credit card company gives me a refund. Having still not heard from them, I ordered the ink from Amazon Prime which promises delivery by January 14. Cheaper too.

A Scam?? The Worst/Non-Existent Customer Service Ever!! I placed an order on 1/23/24. I received a confirmation email the same day with my order number. Since then, I have received nothing. No follow up emails. No shipment confirmation email. No order. The confirmation email says that there will be an email sent when the order is shipped and that it will have a tracking number. But to date, nothing. Calls to their 800 number go unanswered. Even if you wait for someone to pick up, they do not, and eventually you are forced to leave a voicemail or just hang up. Sending an email is no better. I sent several emails, and have not received a response. Not even from a bot. This makes me wonder if anyone is even there. But they sure made sure to charge my card for payment. I guess a complaint to the California Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division may be next, unless I get a direct response, and not a suggestion to contact them. It is their turn to contact me.

Placed an order on April 4 Placed an order on April 4, 2024. Bank account was debited on 04/08/24 and as of today, 04/22/24, order is still in "processing". I have called numerous times without any answer or call back. Have also emailed without any response.
