When I had not received I emailed them and they replied an apology for the back-order and would ship as soon as they receive more product. 90 days in, still no receipt and no status update. Anorher email about my order was ignored. Their website shows all iems I ordered are in stock. This company is scamming people.

Believable, trustworthy. Can relate... I like, too, that it's really inexpensive to get those non-OEM items, but I also highly prefer the OEM Printer Ink Cartridges, even if they are 4-6 x's more expensive, I'll have to try new things so I can break myself of those (possible) stigmas regarding the "generic" inks. At least 4inkjets.com is a member of the BBB, though, eh..

Non-existent company with non-existent products. Need 0 stars to properly review this operation. The term "ghost company" used in another review is an unintended compliment, since I question whether this company even exists in reality. The website makes it look like an operational entity, but don't be fooled. You place your order & they bill your credit card "immediately", but that is the last you will hear from them. We ordered 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing since. No product. No shipping notice. ZERO response to NUMEROUS emails, & incoming phone calls are NEVER - EVER - answered. Save yourself the aggravation & purchase elsewhere, becuase you will also end up having to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge for non-existent products.

Is it worth the risk? You be the judge. I found 4inkjets through a list of websites that sell remanufactured ink cartridges. 4inkjets scored highly and offered a 10% coupon on top of their already low prices, so I decided to place an order. At the time, the 4inkjets website had a disclaimer about delayed shipping and handling times. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates about my order after the estimated number of business days. When I visited the website a second time, the disclaimer was gone. The lack of communication made me question the legitimacy of the website. I looked up reviews of 4inkjets on sites like trustpilot and was discouraged by the reviews. Before going through with a chargeback, I decided to contact customer service through their form. It took them a while to respond to my emails, but I did eventually receive my ink. For your reference, I placed my order on March 11th, and the ink arrived on April 3rd. I was able to install the cartridges and print some test pages without any problems. I can't see myself giving 4inkjets five stars due to the lack of communication, but I will consider adding another star should the ink cartridges prove to be of good quality well beyond the first day of use. Their promotions can save you more than $10 per cartridge if you do not mind contacting customer service yourself for an update and are in no rush to receive your products. Personally, I don't know whether I am willing to take the risk again. (I received the cartridges in an LD Products mailer. LD Products and 4inkjets appear to be sister sites, and the latter has better reviews albeit still not stellar.)

Another garbage company... Another garbage company... They sell aftermarket cartridges that don't work right. When they are selling them, they say they will stand by them but then they are not reachable when things go wrong. Next time, I will look at reviews first and then purchase and if u have not been in business for long, guess what, I will not buy from you crooks. You will meet your fate one way or another...
