Placed an order on April 4 Placed an order on April 4, 2024. Bank account was debited on 04/08/24 and as of today, 04/22/24, order is still in "processing". I have called numerous times without any answer or call back. Have also emailed without any response.

Left numerous emails requesting info, and 2 telephone messages, NO response. Finally spoke w/rep who said"Problem w/ cartridges, will be at least additional 2 weeks to ship. I cancelled order, and was told it would take 9 days for refund.

When I had not received I emailed them and they replied an apology for the back-order and would ship as soon as they receive more product. 90 days in, still no receipt and no status update. Anorher email about my order was ignored. Their website shows all iems I ordered are in stock. This company is scamming people.

Believable, trustworthy. Can relate... I like, too, that it's really inexpensive to get those non-OEM items, but I also highly prefer the OEM Printer Ink Cartridges, even if they are 4-6 x's more expensive, I'll have to try new things so I can break myself of those (possible) stigmas regarding the "generic" inks. At least 4inkjets.com is a member of the BBB, though, eh..
