Credit Card Skimming They had graphics cards on sale, so I bought one thinking I was getting a good deal. In reality, they had no cards in stock, and were just saving my credit card information on their server with no intention of shipping me what I had ordered. I had to call the sales department to talk to a Indian man that I could barely understand, who informed me that they had no such cards in stock, and canceled the order without giving me any other option. I went back to the site and my credit card was saved in the site. They basically skimmed my credit card information by offering a fake sale for an item they had no ability to obtain and ship. Edit: The graphics cards are still listed as in stock on the website. Beware!

AZTEK IS A SCAM If you know computers you will see some real scams going on. I am on a job building a computer for someone and I was looking for an RX580 and Google was like 'Hey look at this, a RX580 for 50 bucks!' I thought it was used but no it said the condition was new. Then I looked up and it said "Msi Rx 580 8g V1 - Graphics Card - Radeon Rx 580 - 8 Gb Gddr5 - Pcie X16 - Hdmi, 3 X Displayport Msi Rx 580 8g" and the RX580 will NOT RUN 4k! These people are putting stories in heads of not so informed people.

They ripped me off - No communication - No explanations - Awful experience. Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

The ad for the case included a picture of the case. Since I already own one of these cases I was familiar with it. Two weeks after I ordered it, the package arrived. Instead of a 48lb case that is 25"x9"x25" I received a small box 4"x6"x1." It was like ordering a real truck and getting a matchbox car. Repeated attempts to receive a resolution failed. The last attempt they told me to pay for shipping it back to them and they would "consider" a refund. This is the most unprofessional, "bait and switch," I've seen in almost fifty years working in the computer industry.
