Fraudulous Never went to their website, let alone buy anything from them, yet I was on their mailing list. I can only imagine how they got my email adress. Now, do you want to support a company that engages in spam? go ahead, but the five stars revies in here are most likely (to not say obviously) fake.

Terrible Service Honestly, the people were nice enough on the phone. However, prior to placing an order for a replacement laptop battery, I called and verified this needed to be sent Priority AM delivery via FedEx (we provided our number). Not only was this confirmed over their phone but specifically indicated in the directions on the order form. This shouldn't have been and issue, and yet it was. They send it standard overnight instead and I had to spend ALL morning on the phone with fedex trying to get it to our consultant ON TIME before he left the hotel he was staying in on a business trip. I would not recommend nor will we use this company again
