GBPossible phishing scheme I have a strong suspicion that this website is a ploy to get your credit card information and your phone number, and that they never have any intention to sell you an item. This is what happened to me: I ordered an item from them that was well below competitor prices. They sent me an email stating that my credit card was on hold due to either credit card being declined or billing/shipping address didn't match (why wouldn't they know prior to sending the email?). In the email they provided a phone number to call. When I called the number to inquire about the status, the representative told me immediately that my credit card was declined. I'm nearly 100% sure that was a false statement. I asked them to cancel and they said "sure" and I got an email immediately confirming the cancellation. I was shocked at how fast i received the cancellation confirmation email. It got me thinking that they have this process down pat. Needless to say, I'm going to put all my credit card security alerts on their highest settings.. and I will probably just request a new credit card number. If anything similar happened to you, please, I implore you to speak up and describe your experience with this company so that others may avoid a similar fate. Thanks!

GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT I brought a printer in for repair. It was simple enough -- replace the hinge, and I even supplied the part since they "couldn't find it." A few days later, the owner claimed it was fixed but when I got home, the printer didn't have any power. I took it back and after two weeks of being yanked around and lied to, the owner said he couldn't fix it. Doesn't give much confidence to a repair shop that can't fix what they broke. Do not trust them.

GBNot going to get what you want, and no honor behind them. All the 5 star reviews are from Indians...there is a reason it is called Astro Turfing. This is such a mess of a place, you found something and it is a great price...doesn't mean you are going to get what you ordered. Here I am looking to get a decent laptop refurb. They have the laptop I am looking at for a great price so I order it. Bought it with Win7 64 bit and 16 GB of RAM and two hard drives. I get the notebook, it has one hard drive and 8 GB of RAM and NO operating system, for me this wasn't that big of a deal as I work in IT and can handle it. So, they give me a $75 credit, mind you me sourcing this cost me over $120 and I still figured it was a good deal. HOWEVER....I bought the $40 extended warranty from them in the event that something bad was happening to the notebook. I get the OS on and upgraded and look at that a bad battery and a bad video card, are you kidding me? So, I contact them and tell them I need a new battery and video card per my extended warranty, they didn't make enough to send me the parts. Yes, read that out loud to yourself, they didn't make enough to honor the extended warranty I purchased. So, I am in the middle of contesting them, oh and BTW if you think that PayPal credit is like a credit card....think again they are not. I have a notebook I love, and after all is said and done still got a decent deal on it...and after I get reimbursed for the money I spent it will be ok - just remember these Indians are incompetent techs and do not even check what they send out and even list the products right and have no honor to back up what they sell in a "warranty". So you want to gamble, you for some serious IT skills, welcome to the house of Aztek where you roll the dice...for me I should have just went to Newegg.com paid a couple hundred more and saved myself a ton of time and aggravation. Buyer beware as the saying goes, it is your time and money I am warning you now, just like the other reviewers, pay a little more from a reputable dealer and do yourself a favor.

GBMisrepresented stock and didn't let me know that item was not in stock until days later when I called. I was looking for quantity two of a hard to find item and called to confirm availability since the website showed a large number in stock. The customer service rep stated that the item was in stock so I placed an order. Four days later I had not received any kind of shipping update so I called customer service again. I was told that the item was out of stock and may take weeks to ship. I confirmed that the website still showed stock and asked for my order to be cancelled. It seems this company obviously has no handle on whether items are in stock and the stock status on the website is not accurate.
