My experience with Dee from Freemodel… My experience with Dee from Freemodel was great, she stayed communicative throughout with both me And my seller and made them feel comfortable through the entire process. I will definitely be using them again when needed, I also love the fact that it doesn't matter how much or little needs to be done , you can use them for small or large jobs ad it takes the hassle away from the Realtor or the seller having to hire people that may flake on you.

Freemodel Experience Freemodel did an amazing job on transforming my client's house going on the market. They did it really quickly and my clients do not have to pay until it closes escrow. My client's house was sold within 2 hours of listing it and sold for approximately $500,000.00 over asking. I do not think my sellers would have received offers anywhere near to that price had we not modernized their home.
