GBFreemodel Experience Freemodel did an amazing job on transforming my client's house going on the market. They did it really quickly and my clients do not have to pay until it closes escrow. My client's house was sold within 2 hours of listing it and sold for approximately $500,000.00 over asking. I do not think my sellers would have received offers anywhere near to that price had we not modernized their home.

GBI won't recommend this company again I won't recommend this company again. My clients had a terrible experience. Bad workmanship. Much longer time frame than promised. The incorrect items. Etc.

We request to be urgent and Free Model team put A+ team on it. From Project Director- Debbie Lewis to the Contractor and Vendor support each other to make all things happen as requested by Homeowner. House becomes updated and in style with character in 5 weeks. GBOverall it was a good experience Overall it was a good experience. I love the business model of Freemodel. There were several delays in the renovation that pushed our listing date back and put us in a quickly changing and difficult market with several interest rate hikes.
