Lara Richmond from Freemodel was a… Lara Richmond from Freemodel was a lifesaving Goddess! I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a realtor I depend upon project managers who can integrate seamlessly with my aesthetic, timeline, communication style and energy level. I also need them to be able to work with my clients, honoring their vision and emotional needs. Selling a home is stressful for everyone involved, drama and personality are not needed in the process and Lara is the source of calming and reason. Her design skills are excellent. My PM Lara was incredible My PM Lara was incredible. We worked brilliantly together and she was communicative, great at punting when things arose neither of us expected and collaborative. All important when dealing with a project of our size. Although there are some fine tune items I would do differently, overall I was proud of what we did and very happy with the outcome.
