Lock you into subscription They advertise trademark filing at $99 - they don't say it commits you to a 6 month subscription at $99 per month. Total scam. All communication is convoluted and nonsensical to try to spin you in circles and spend even more money.

Very detailed communication! I was very pleased with the experience! I am seeing loads of 1 star reviews that I dont understand. Trademarkia did not try to scam me nor was it surprising that there were additional government fees that they cannot charge you for initially. It is very common for a Trademark services to charge you for their services and then come back to you with what it will cost to file through the USPTO. Thats not a scam and people dont seem to understand the process. Trademarkia made this process easy and their communication was very detailed. I will gladly work with them on future trademarks.

Excellent service I was dealing with a refusal of registration that required me to hire an attorney in the United States (I live abroad), and that's how I found Trademarkia.
