Good value survey panel and survey tools Derek was very responsive and helpful. The user experience was pretty straightforward and automated. The survey results came back quickly and look to be of good quality. Good way to get affordable, fast primary research with a defined target market. Our scope was US and Canada full time employees.

Integral part of our research function We started using Centiment about 6 month ago to source survey respondents. They have been an amazing research partner and far exceed our previous solution. I would trust them with any project going forward! I like best that we have a dedicated contact who I can reach out to any time. They personally test each survey, provide valuable feedback prior to launch and keep you updated while fieldwork is in process. The best research platform with a great team I've tried multiple self serve platforms for research and had terrible experiences with them. Whether it was getting the user base I needed or completing accurately and within a reasonable amount of time, my teams and I were always disappointed. Coming across Centiment was a breath of fresh air. The platform is very easy to use, comes with AI suggested questions that support better questions that are not leading, and the audience is real and completion has never been an issue. The team within Centiment also validates the survey prior to sending it out to the full audience, allowing any issues to be caught and corrected before the full survey is fully run. A fantastic experience. This has now become my go-to research tool.
