Great for new companies!! I'm working on launching a new company and Centiment was great to work with. We needed to issue a conjoint survey to a very specific market segment. I worked with Derek. He was super responsive, clearly explained what was needed to link their audience to our survey on another platform, and easy to work with. As a business just getting off the ground, we've found getting prioritized by some companies can be difficult, but Centiment was great!

Great Experience with Centiment I had a great experience with Centiment. They provide a very easy-to-use survey building tool, along with expert help in reviewing your questions. Taylor Morgan was extremely helpful in offering advice on how to better structure my questions such that they were more straightforward and also better-suited to my needs. I felt very at ease while building my survey, because I knew that if I had any questions or needed any advice, Taylor would help guide me toward the best solution. She was also very good at keeping me up-to-date with the progress of my live survey every step of the way. Centiment also provides you with a very useful reporting tool that gives you a great and easily understandable graphical overview of your survey results.

Great customer service I needed to pull together a survey quickly on behalf of a client, and after reaching out through their website was quickly connected with Kurt, an extremely helpful account manager. Working with him I was able to rapidly put together and field my survey. He was excellent about checking in regularly and making sure I understood exactly what I needed to do in order to get the insights I was looking for.
