Everything was communicated via email, all my questions were answered almost immediately and my survey was online within 1 day. I got my responses within 5 days and the analysis tool on the platform is extremely useful. I loved the fact that everything was done via email and I didn't have to contact anyone or speak to any representatives. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received from Centiment.
