Great for new companies!! I'm working on launching a new company and Centiment was great to work with. We needed to issue a conjoint survey to a very specific market segment. I worked with Derek. He was super responsive, clearly explained what was needed to link their audience to our survey on another platform, and easy to work with. As a business just getting off the ground, we've found getting prioritized by some companies can be difficult, but Centiment was great!

She was also very good at keeping me up-to-date with the progress of my live survey every step of the way. Centiment also provides you with a very useful reporting tool that gives you a great and easily understandable graphical overview of your survey results.

Great customer service I needed to pull together a survey quickly on behalf of a client, and after reaching out through their website was quickly connected with Kurt, an extremely helpful account manager. Working with him I was able to rapidly put together and field my survey.
