Great Experience with Centiment I had a great experience with Centiment. They provide a very easy-to-use survey building tool, along with expert help in reviewing your questions. Taylor Morgan was extremely helpful in offering advice on how to better structure my questions such that they were more straightforward and also better-suited to my needs. I felt very at ease while building my survey, because I knew that if I had any questions or needed any advice, Taylor would help guide me toward the best solution. She was also very good at keeping me up-to-date with the progress of my live survey every step of the way. Centiment also provides you with a very useful reporting tool that gives you a great and easily understandable graphical overview of your survey results.

The best research platform with a great team I've tried multiple self serve platforms for research and had terrible experiences with them. Whether it was getting the user base I needed or completing accurately and within a reasonable amount of time, my teams and I were always disappointed. Coming across Centiment was a breath of fresh air. The platform is very easy to use, comes with AI suggested questions that support better questions that are not leading, and the audience is real and completion has never been an issue. The team within Centiment also validates the survey prior to sending it out to the full audience, allowing any issues to be caught and corrected before the full survey is fully run. Great goldilocks survey solution - not too much, not too little, just right I turned to Centiment after having a terrible experience with another survey solution's audience panel.
