The best research platform with a great team I've tried multiple self serve platforms for research and had terrible experiences with them. Whether it was getting the user base I needed or completing accurately and within a reasonable amount of time, my teams and I were always disappointed. Coming across Centiment was a breath of fresh air. The platform is very easy to use, comes with AI suggested questions that support better questions that are not leading, and the audience is real and completion has never been an issue. The team within Centiment also validates the survey prior to sending it out to the full audience, allowing any issues to be caught and corrected before the full survey is fully run. A fantastic experience. This has now become my go-to research tool.
