I made the mistake of putting my samples in the mail without tracking and of course this one time, the samples were lost by USPS. I reached out and got an immediate response, which helped ease some stress around time and space because I needed to transplant the plants I was waiting on the test for. I re-shipped the samples (w/ tracking) and was followed up with when they arrived. 50% of the samples turned out to be undesirable, saving me time and resources in unnecessary transplanting. great company. great company! if your growing plants and dont want to waste time and money on nutrients and growing to see the sex; farmerfreeman is the way to go. i saved about 2 months of feeding and time to find out the sex of my plants in less than a week after shipping out my samples. will buy again in the future. also great customer service, responses within 24 hours after sending and email or dm!
