Initially, I had an issue with the shipping of my sample kits and not getting a return label, but someone at Farmer Freeman reached out later to try to make things right after the issue that I had and my first initial contact with the company in regards to my issue. I didn’t feel taken care of after the first call, but they took the time later to resolve the issue and get to the bottom of the matter. I am definitely pleased with the customer service that was provided to me. The lab is getting to my samples quickly, which is great. I’m excited to see the results of the tests, and I would definitely use this service again. Thanks, Farmer Freeman, for taking care of me and the problem that I had.
