These guys are top notch. They claim that you will receive the results of your plant sex tests within 1-2 business days after receiving them, and they sure did not disappoint. I mailed my tests back through UPS, and there were some delays with them getting there. This had nothing to do with Farmer Freeman, but they lived up to their word of 1-2 days for results, as mine took just over a day. This saved me a lot of time and money knowing the sex of each plant so quick. This was my first time using them and I was a bit skeptical at first. A buddy of mine who works for a pretty big seed company, said they are the best, most reliable company out there. Their company actually did some testing and found that out of all the different plant sex testing companies, they found that Farmer Freeman is the fastest and most accurate around. They will definitely get my business again in the future. Keep up the great work guys.

Will use again! Initially, I had an issue with the shipping of my sample kits and not getting a return label, but someone at Farmer Freeman reached out later to try to make things right after the issue that I had and my first initial contact with the company in regards to my issue. I didn’t feel taken care of after the first call, but they took the time later to resolve the issue and get to the bottom of the matter. I am definitely pleased with the customer service that was provided to me. The lab is getting to my samples quickly, which is great.
