Responsive & Helpful I appreciate the responsiveness and help from the team at Farmer Freeman. I made the mistake of putting my samples in the mail without tracking and of course this one time, the samples were lost by USPS. I reached out and got an immediate response, which helped ease some stress around time and space because I needed to transplant the plants I was waiting on the test for. I re-shipped the samples (w/ tracking) and was followed up with when they arrived. 50% of the samples turned out to be undesirable, saving me time and resources in unnecessary transplanting. I will continue to use Farmer Freeman any time I plant from seed! I heard about Farmer Freeman through the online growers community on YouTube and decided to give it a try. I placed an order for 5 EZ X/Y kits and received them a couple days later. After sending the samples back, I was notified when they were received with an estimated time for results. I got the results the same day and I am very pleased with this service. I will continue to use Farmer Freeman any time I plant from seed!

Will use again! Initially, I had an issue with the shipping of my sample kits and not getting a return label, but someone at Farmer Freeman reached out later to try to make things right after the issue that I had and my first initial contact with the company in regards to my issue. I didn’t feel taken care of after the first call, but they took the time later to resolve the issue and get to the bottom of the matter. I am definitely pleased with the customer service that was provided to me. The lab is getting to my samples quickly, which is great. I’m excited to see the results of the tests, and I would definitely use this service again. Thanks, Farmer Freeman, for taking care of me and the problem that I had.

This is the way to go! What a terrific service they provide. You get your results within 2 days rather than wait weeks and weeks to determine the sex of your plants. Undisputed Champs of saving time...and time is super important. Give this service a try; you won't regret it.
