I really didn’t like this company I really didn’t like this company. When I signed up for the $35 logo package, I was not expecting to get harassed into purchasing more expensive packages. Even when I declined the other packages over and over, they kept insisting on trying to “up sell” me and were rude and insulting when I told them no. They were almost relentless with their tactics. Overall the logo is ok but you have to buy a more expensive package to get high resolution images - something not mentioned when you buy the package. I really feel I could make a similar or better logo with some of the free software out there. I started working with someone named Jordan and then finished the logo with Jason Oliver. Both could use a course on customer service.

I placed my order for a logo we needed… I placed my order for a logo we needed for our business and the first samples that came back out of many to choose from I chose the one that jumped out to me. I shared it with my business partner and she thought it looked incredible as well. The rest is history. Outstanding work.
