Dropped Off the Face of the Earth Began a contract with this company Nov. 2020. Jamal Bates was our account manager. Things went fairly well through the concept design phase. Last contact was on January 11, 2021 - company phone number, website, and email contacts have not responded since. We are seeking credit card reimbursement for fraud.

Got a website even better than i had ever expected. I was Skeptic after seeing a negative comment and then they took 60 days instead of 40 but they delivered a project which was worth alot more than that. In my years i have not experienced such a wonderful service. There was a mis-understanding from my end and still they gave me a full refund and when i went back to them saying that i misunderstood they literally took care of the project again, did not over charge a bit and gave me a website even better than i had ever expected. Highly recommend them.

***BEWARE*** On 10/6/20 we contracted… ***BEWARE*** On 10/6/20 we contracted WebExperio to produce 2 new websites (4-6 pages each) and update a third. In addition, a connected Admin panel. Its been over 3 months and outside of receiving jpg template design drafts-- complete with Lorem ipsum text - nothing. Today, they are not answering phone calls or emails. We have filed a fraud claim with our credit card company. Josh Middleton executed the agreement and we worked with Mike and Terry.

Do not use them to build an e-commerce… Do not use them to build an e-commerce website. Every time I would ask them to fix something three days later the same thing wouldn’t be fixed Time management is not a strong point so if you need something done on time do not count on them. Also you can check out the website they made for me it’s not functional so please don’t expect someone to get back to you 2ndappinion.com Update I ended talking to Thomas and since I wasn’t happy with the website he offered me a refund on the website portion the videos I had made were fine I am giving them until Wednesday to fix the website if it’s not fixed I will take the refund. I will update on Wednesday.

Excellent experience working with Web… Excellent experience working with Web Experio they did a fantastic job on my website nad build a custom site in 3 months. I know the timings is long but the work they did was fantastic!
