WebExperio is a horrible company They have been working an $18,000 web project for me for over 2.5 years. Their incompetence is legendary. They refuse to meet with me on a weekly basis for updates. They want to work through email. I send them emails, nothing happens for months, I call, they say they never got any emails, I resend.. Rinse, repeat, years pass.... I only hear from them at the end of each quarter when they try to sell me something additional that they'll never deliver on. They do not honor their money back guarantee. I've asked many times. I am about to take them to court. I implore anyone reading this to do your homework. I have never worked with more incompetent morons. You can find a better company. More food for thought. ***BEWARE*** On 10/6/20 we contracted… ***BEWARE*** On 10/6/20 we contracted WebExperio to produce 2 new websites (4-6 pages each) and update a third. In addition, a connected Admin panel. Its been over 3 months and outside of receiving jpg template design drafts-- complete with Lorem ipsum text - nothing. Today, they are not answering phone calls or emails. We have filed a fraud claim with our credit card company. Josh Middleton executed the agreement and we worked with Mike and Terry.
