Last contact was on January 11, 2021 - company phone number, website, and email contacts have not responded since. We are seeking credit card reimbursement for fraud.

SEGood and Bad They are good at responding, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. However, they do not deliver what is promised and do so in bad time. A lot of misunderstanding. A 1 week turnaround turns into 5 weeks of waiting. Maybe they need to hire more staff to keep up so there is greater personalised attention.
