Good and Bad They are good at responding, which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. However, they do not deliver what is promised and do so in bad time. A lot of misunderstanding. A 1 week turnaround turns into 5 weeks of waiting. Maybe they need to hire more staff to keep up so there is greater personalised attention.

It seems it is a scamming website It have been more than a week since I requested my full refund after I was very disappointed of the initial design. Since then no feedback at all, I am assuming it is scamming website because I am not getting any response from the chat and when I send and email to to info email I receive a delivery failure notification. Every time I would ask them to fix something three days later the same thing wouldn’t be fixed Time management is not a strong point so if you need something done on time do not count on them. Also you can check out the website they made for me it’s not functional so please don’t expect someone to get back to you 2ndappinion.com Update I ended talking to Thomas and since I wasn’t happy with the website he offered me a refund on the website portion the videos I had made were fine I am giving them until Wednesday to fix the website if it’s not fixed I will take the refund. I will update on Wednesday.

The company has disappeared The company has disappeared but their website is still up. They have been working to develop my website since Sep 2020. Everything was going fine, and since last week Jan 13th - there is no response to any query and website chat is not functional. I plan on reporting this company to authorities.
