Got terminated for no reason Got terminated for no reason, asked for a reason they didnt provide me with one. Termination mail was just an automated email, probably sent in bulk to many individuals, worked for 2 months, tho, but termination for no reason or at least a warning or a notice in advance is complete nonsense. If you managed to get on board for a project make sure that you are always walking on a thin line.

This is a scam This is a scam, here is no doubt. I found my email related to this platform in the data breach list. They have sold user data to third parties and made terrible mistakes in not protecting the sensitive information of users.

Forget about Appen, Get a real job! Poor support! Poor website! Full of outdated projects that are not accepting anymore but their applications are still open! So you can waste your time applying for qualifications (1-3h each) and never hear back from them. Pay rate is lower than ANY real job out there. So if you need some money go get a real job or learn some skills and get a (web design/ graphics) remote job. Appen has not even finished reviewing my packages after 6 months!

Appen Was Wrong On 2 Counts I set up a profile at Appen. It informed me that it detected a VPN that had to be disconnected before I could see any tasks. I get my Internet service through my telephone company. No VPN on any device in my house. When I tried to log in one more time, my password didn't work. I tried to reset my password. The site said my account had been disabled. I contacted customer support, which informed me that I had violated community standards. I read their community standards. I violated none of them. I took a screenshot of an Internet speed test, which showed my telephone company as my Internet provider. I sent it to the customer service agent to prove that Appen had been wrong. If Appen got 2 important pieces of information wrong about me, what else are they getting wrong?

Did their test but now their asking for… Did their test but now their asking for certificates but that wasn't what they wanted not sure why they are asking for certificates. Bait and switch I guess I will find something else to do. Unless you have degrees and certificates in everything I say skip. The tasks that I signup for shouldn't even need certificate for.
