GBCome on man... get your act together!!! Please! A hat a simple golf hat with my companies logo on it and its taking a month for me to receive and almost everyday I get a general unspecific e-mail that is inaccurate. Please get your act together it's 2024 already. All the tools are available. Where is my hat?

KEThe package arrived in time The package arrived in time; in fact, I was not expecting it on the date of delivery. The SWAG team followed up with me to ensure I shared correct shipping address. One thing that can be improved is always alert the customer of their shipment. In my case I was not informed the package was shipped.
