Never again Placed an order. Received an e-mail saying the product was not available. Received another e-mail stating my order was shipped. Not sure what changed, purchased product from another vendor so now we have way more than we need. Also the pens are awful. They don't write or skip while you write. Such a pain, customers are even complaining.

The font size was not an option and… The font size was not an option and this printing was smaller than the last time I had ordered pens from you. No where did it share the other expenses involved with ordering until check out. I’m a bit embarrassed to hand out the pens with such small print on them.

I am very disappointed with this order I am very disappointed with this order. First, the tracking link provided didn't work, I had to call pens.com for the tracking number. When I tracked my order it said that it was delayed, I called pens.com and your representative called UPS, she said I was getting my order in 2 days, long story short, I ended up driving 20 miles (each way) to get the package from the UPS warehouse. The cups I ordered was another disappointment, I was expecting hard plastic and a vibrant color, instead, I got this soft-plastic cups and the color is dull. This is not what I was expecting at all.

Part of my order was automatically… Part of my order was automatically cancelled because the pen was out of stock; however it is still for sale on the website. I only order 100 not 5,000! The other pen i ordered is an awful color combination that should not be offered. White lettering on rose gold background is not legible in any lighting.
