Placed one order for pens Placed one order for pens, but without my knowledge nor approval was 2 orders with 2 set up fees, and 2 shipping charges on 2 different invoices. What a rip off company! Never again will I use them, I'm going back to 4 imprint.com! They don't rip off their customers!!

In addition, their customer support team worked with us to get the absolute best pricing possible. Pens themselves are GORGEOUS! Great material, weighty, and they write very well. I am very disappointed with this order I am very disappointed with this order. First, the tracking link provided didn't work, I had to call pens.com for the tracking number. When I tracked my order it said that it was delayed, I called pens.com and your representative called UPS, she said I was getting my order in 2 days, long story short, I ended up driving 20 miles (each way) to get the package from the UPS warehouse. The cups I ordered was another disappointment, I was expecting hard plastic and a vibrant color, instead, I got this soft-plastic cups and the color is dull. This is not what I was expecting at all.

Quick Service We received our pens in timely fashion. Since we just received the pens yesterday, I do not know how well they hold up over time. However, initially the gel pen I tried wrote very smoothly. Nice!

Never again Placed an order. Received an e-mail saying the product was not available. Received another e-mail stating my order was shipped. Not sure what changed, purchased product from another vendor so now we have way more than we need. Also the pens are awful. They don't write or skip while you write. Such a pain, customers are even complaining.
