GBI ordered pens and tote bags for my… I ordered pens and tote bags for my daughters wedding. Pens came out awesome. Bags were better than I expected. Pervious wedding I had used printed paper bags for our hotel guests as welcome bags. My daughter wanted something reusable. I was alittle unsure , but not sorry. Very pleased with bags and printing

GBNever again Placed an order. Received an e-mail saying the product was not available. Received another e-mail stating my order was shipped. Not sure what changed, purchased product from another vendor so now we have way more than we need. Also the pens are awful. They don't write or skip while you write. Such a pain, customers are even complaining.
