Part of my order was automatically… Part of my order was automatically cancelled because the pen was out of stock; however it is still for sale on the website. I only order 100 not 5,000! The other pen i ordered is an awful color combination that should not be offered. White lettering on rose gold background is not legible in any lighting.

Took Perseverance - But 100% Satisfied In the end, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It just took me continuing to remind and communicate to make it happen. I have always liked the quality of pens.com products, and given the resolution of this issue, I will continue to order from you!

I am very disappointed with this order I am very disappointed with this order. First, the tracking link provided didn't work, I had to call pens.com for the tracking number. When I tracked my order it said that it was delayed, I called pens.com and your representative called UPS, she said I was getting my order in 2 days, long story short, I ended up driving 20 miles (each way) to get the package from the UPS warehouse. The cups I ordered was another disappointment, I was expecting hard plastic and a vibrant color, instead, I got this soft-plastic cups and the color is dull. This is not what I was expecting at all.
