GBI use five different UGC apps and Billo… I use five different UGC apps and Billo has the largest amount of open/viable jobs in its marketplace. It pays on time, has a clear system and supports the content creator if there are ever any issues. It’s hands down my favorite

GBA must in 2023 for businesses Honestly, if you're not using billo in your business you're missing out. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say most businesses don't have someone who can, will or wants to get on camera and the people you find here are THE camera people you need for your business. There are so many positives here I am afraid to even list them all out.

GBI think this is a great place for UGC… I think this is a great place for UGC Creators to get started. User friendly and their support team is always very kind and helpful. Ad campaigns are updated almost every day and I've enjoyed earning money by filming videos for products im interested in. In the future I would love to see this app roll out their own in app editor software to make the process more streamline, in addition to making this app accessible on desktop too so I could edit and upload from my laptop. Overall, I think this is a great platform.

GBExperience as a brand owner utilizing…not good. Experience as a brand owner utilizing billo since 2023 has been less than desirable. We've prepaid credit, my mistake, but figured we'd generate a bunch of content all at once, no problem. First set of videos were decent. 2 months later we go back to get more videos made, they purposely hide your prepaid credit code, so at checkout I assumed I'd be able to find it but to no avail. For the sake of time and awaiting customer support, we went ahead and 'purchased' the video project assuming support would be competent to help refund or credit the difference based on our prepaid credit. No dice, essentially robbing us of another couple hundred dollars. Such a bad taste in our mouth, we still have a couple thousand dollars left of pre paid credit, now we're in 2024 we're going to go back and use up all of our credit just to get it over with. Funny enough, they've now programmed to put the prepaid credit amount at check out, I'm sure due to similar complaints. We've already decided to never use billo once we're done using the remaining credits. There are limited creators on the platform and they are paid only a fraction of what Billo takes home. Content creators will be better off making videos off platform than giving such a big cut to Billo. Great concept, extremely poor execution and retention practices.

GBIt began great…. It began great, but after 2 weeks taking my money… still no video! Poor customer service, from Allysa - not sure why they even have her working there, she’s terrible at her job offering support- they 48 hours to respond to chat or email. Save your money, find another company to do business with!! 👎👎👎👎👎
