CABad Sizing - Bad Customer Service It took four months for the order to arrive. When it did arrive the XL jacket was too short in the sleeves. Company refused to exchange or refund or resolving issue. This company has a poor business ethic and even worse customer service! Follow up: Company admits poor sizing in response below and still refuses to refund or exchange item that took them four months to deliver. Says a lot, buyer beware!

GBMens jacket was "unisex" per customer service When ordering a mens jacket, be aware that the zipper is not configured as a mens zipper. It zipps from the opposite side, like a womens coat. When Weston was contacted, they stated that the jacket was actually designed as a "unisex" jacket, even though the jacket I ordered specifically stated that it was a mens jacket. I have to pay for shipping to get my money back too. Great stuff. Would not recommend at all.

GBEverything is great Everything is great. I like to use the socks to go skiing every year and they work great. I have tried jackets, vests, gloves and socks from them. All are awesome.

GBHorrible Customer Service Front heaters on jacket werent working so I requested an exchange, then later changed my mind to a refund. Got the refund approved but never got sent anything besides a packing slip. Having to pay for return shipping is ridiculous when the jacket never worked properly in the first place. Weston’s customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of and im still trying to get a return slip for the jacket.
