Like other reviews have said…very strict return/exchange policy… they had changed the style of the item I purchased but STILL have old/better version posted on website. False advertising?! So I’m stuck with it because they conveniently did not return my inquiries until after return policy deadline. Some of the worst Customer service I’ve EVER dealt with, you will not get to speak to a person. Good luck if you have a warranty issue.

Buyer Beware! Please be sure to review the Return Policy!! Ordered a jacket in a small but fits like a medium and had to return it. All tags intact and original packaging. I had to find out that they charge a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping. This is ridiculous and unfortunate. They don't offer extra small so I don't have an option to exchange it. I've never run into this problem with other retailers and won't purchase from Weston in the future.
