Horrible Customer Service Front heaters on jacket werent working so I requested an exchange, then later changed my mind to a refund. Got the refund approved but never got sent anything besides a packing slip. Having to pay for return shipping is ridiculous when the jacket never worked properly in the first place. Weston’s customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of and im still trying to get a return slip for the jacket.

Mens jacket was "unisex" per customer service When ordering a mens jacket, be aware that the zipper is not configured as a mens zipper. It zipps from the opposite side, like a womens coat. When Weston was contacted, they stated that the jacket was actually designed as a "unisex" jacket, even though the jacket I ordered specifically stated that it was a mens jacket. I have to pay for shipping to get my money back too. Great stuff. Would not recommend at all.
