CABad Sizing - Bad Customer Service It took four months for the order to arrive. When it did arrive the XL jacket was too short in the sleeves. Company refused to exchange or refund or resolving issue. This company has a poor business ethic and even worse customer service! Follow up: Company admits poor sizing in response below and still refuses to refund or exchange item that took them four months to deliver. Says a lot, buyer beware!

GBBuyer Beware! Please be sure to review the Return Policy!! Ordered a jacket in a small but fits like a medium and had to return it. All tags intact and original packaging. I had to find out that they charge a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping. This is ridiculous and unfortunate. They don't offer extra small so I don't have an option to exchange it. I've never run into this problem with other retailers and won't purchase from Weston in the future.

GBMens jacket was "unisex" per customer service When ordering a mens jacket, be aware that the zipper is not configured as a mens zipper. It zipps from the opposite side, like a womens coat. When Weston was contacted, they stated that the jacket was actually designed as a "unisex" jacket, even though the jacket I ordered specifically stated that it was a mens jacket. I have to pay for shipping to get my money back too. Great stuff. Would not recommend at all.

GBFind a different brand Find a different brand! Like other reviews have said…very strict return/exchange policy… they had changed the style of the item I purchased but STILL have old/better version posted on website. False advertising?! So I’m stuck with it because they conveniently did not return my inquiries until after return policy deadline. Some of the worst Customer service I’ve EVER dealt with, you will not get to speak to a person. Good luck if you have a warranty issue.
