GBHorrible Customer Service Front heaters on jacket werent working so I requested an exchange, then later changed my mind to a refund. Got the refund approved but never got sent anything besides a packing slip. Having to pay for return shipping is ridiculous when the jacket never worked properly in the first place. Weston’s customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of and im still trying to get a return slip for the jacket.

GBFind a different brand Find a different brand! Like other reviews have said…very strict return/exchange policy… they had changed the style of the item I purchased but STILL have old/better version posted on website. False advertising?! So I’m stuck with it because they conveniently did not return my inquiries until after return policy deadline. Some of the worst Customer service I’ve EVER dealt with, you will not get to speak to a person. Good luck if you have a warranty issue.
